The new MEEC Accessibility Products & Services RFP USM-MEEC-2610 has been posted. The RFP is hosted on MEEC’s behalf by the University System of Maryland’s Strategic Sourcing Procurement Center (SSPC). The RFP can be accessed from the SSPC’s Bid Board at University System of Maryland Procurement – Bids & RFPs | DemandStar or on eMaryland Marketplace Advantage under BPM058503 with the University System of Maryland as the Issuing Agency.
The purpose of the RFP is to seek proposals from qualified vendors to provide accessibility products and services for use by the MEEC member institutions. Accessibility tools are needed to assist our members in complying with federal and state accessibility requirements, which include the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Sections 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Department of Justice’s Title II Regulations, and conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA or higher for web content, documents, and digital learning materials.
