How do I become a MEEC Vendor?

Vendors may only become a MEEC vendor by submitting a proposal to an open solicitation and being awarded a contract. The solicitations are advertised on eMaryland Marketplace Advantage, the host institution’s website, and announcements are posted to MEEC’s website.

In providing its members opportunities to license education hardware, software, and services at competitive prices, MEEC solicitations are conducted by Member institution procurement officers and follow USM and/or State procurement policies.

New vendors cannot be added to existing MEEC contracts, unless expansion windows are identified in the solicitation.
