In this session, we’ll cover when it makes sense to conduct a process review/optimization, how to select the process to review/optimize, how to structure the team and project for success; one method of conducting process reviews, along with key pointers and lessons learned. Finally, will cover how to ensure the optimization review work leads to tangible, value-adding follow up actions and implementation of recommendations. Will use several real-world project examples to illustrate the approach and key points.
