Established in 2008 and based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Redpath Consulting Group was created with the desire to create a Silicon Valley like company in the midwest with the energy and culture for attracting an innovative and diverse team of people that are interested in a unique approach to delivering professional services. Co-founders, Paul Selway and James Smale, wanted to create a company with a people-first approach that would drive an unstoppable force in providing extraordinary services within the communities we serve.
