In providing its member opportunities to license educational hardware and software at competitive prices MEEC will work with education appropriate vendors to establish agreements on behalf of MEEC members.
Vendors interested in establishing agreements with MEEC, should complete the Vendor Review Form and send it to MEEC at meec-office@usmd.edu or MEEC, UMBC Technology Center, Room 2.018, 1450 South Rolling Road, Baltimore, MD 21227.
The vendor form will be reviewed by the MEEC Planning Committee with a determination made if a more substantial in person review is warranted. Vendor reviews will occur three times per year.
