MEEC has established an agreement with Springforward, Inc. as of October 3, 2008 and is effective through June 30, 2011 with the USM reserving the unilateral right to exercise two (2) one-year renewal options. The agreement was awarded through a competitive proposal process, following the USM procurement policies and procedures. The first one-year renewal option has been executed. The contract is effective through June 30, 2012.
To participate in the agreement MEEC members must be in good standing.
