MEEC has established an agreement with SkillSoft Corporation as of October 1, 2008 and is effective through June 30, 2011 with the USM reserving the unilateral right to exercise two (2) one-year renewal options. The agreement was awarded through a competitive proposal process, following the USM procurement policies and procedures.
To participate in the agreement MEEC members must be in good standing.
